Visions was a group exhibition presented at SITE EIGHT Gallery in Melbourne. The exhibition reflected upon concepts of identity, spirituality, space and the everyday form in order to challenge our expectations and assumptions of the lived experience. Including a variety of mediums such as photography, installation, sculpture and drawing, the exhibition explored alternative ways in which the vision of an object can be shaped and interpreted, questioning the way we connect with it as a form, and as an idea.

Featuring work by Martin George, Oliver Hutchison, Raphaela Mazzone, Shannon Mcgrath and Shaun-Joel Liew,

curated by Josephine Briginshaw, Ariel Cameron and Savannah Jewell.

I respectfully acknowledge the people of the Bundjalung nation, traditional custodians of the land on which I live and work, and pay my respect to Elders, both past and present, their culture and continued connection to land, water and community.
